The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).

2. Collection of personal data
When you simply visit the website, we only store access data in so-called server log files. This is data that your browser provides and that is not related to any person:

Operating system used
Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
Time and date of the server request
We cannot assign this data to specific persons. This data will not be merged with other data sources; the data will also be deleted after a statistical evaluation. For this purpose, user access to our websites is stored in the server log files, including the IP address. These log files are prepared monthly for statistical purposes using analysis software and then deleted. It is not possible to draw conclusions about a specific person when we use the data.
Some functions of our website ask the visitor to provide personal data such as name and email. Names and details can be provided here voluntarily.
We process your data on servers located in Austria and therefore within the framework of the EU data protection level. However, we would like to point out any exceptions that may exist. 7 of this declaration (“Google Analytics”) if third-party tools are used that have their server location abroad.
3. Data collection with your consent
Once you have given your consent, we are entitled to collect, process, store and use personal data. This declaration of consent is separate and voluntary and is recorded; its content is available to you at any time. If you give us your consent to collect data, we will collect and process the following personal data in addition to the data mentioned above:

If you have authorized the use of personal data for special purposes that are subject to the reservation of consent, you can revoke this authorization at any time. The data will then be deleted by us. If data has been transmitted to third parties with your consent, these third parties will be informed immediately and asked to delete the data. 4. Processor
Due to a separate agreement on the processing of personal data on behalf of our web space provider, Koerbler GmbH, Hofweg 1, 8430 Wagna (as described in point 2), your data will be processed as part of order data processing in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR in accordance with the relevant legal requirements collected, processed and used on our behalf. Data about every access to our website is stored exclusively on servers in Austria. However, this does not involve any transfer of your personal data to third parties in the sense of data protection law. Lukas Heil-Betriebsstätte GmbH remains responsible to you in terms of data protection.
5. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to withdra your consent to the storage of you personal data at any time. You also have the right to revoke your consent to us colletiong and storing further voluntary data at any time. Please note that to protect you privacy and security, we will verify you identity before you can take such actions.

You can request confirmation from us as to whether and to what extent we process your data.

SIf you are of the opinion that we are violating Austrian or European data protection law when processing your data, we ask you to contact us in order to clarify any questions you may have. Of course, you also have the right to complain to the Austrian data protection authority, and from may 25, 2018 also to a supervisory authorithy within the EU:

This website uses Google Maps to display map information. When using Google Maps, Google also processes and uses data about the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the websites. Further information about data processing by Google can be found in Google’s data protection information at https://www.google.at/intl/de/policies/privacy/. There you can also change your settings in the data protection center so that you can manage and protect your data.
7. Duration of data storage
Personal data is stored for the duration of the statutory retention period. After the deadline has expired, the relevant data will be routinely deleted unless it is no longer required to fulfill the contract or initiate a contract.
